Nightmare Beetles look something like bugs crossed with turtles. They're slow and not all that dangerous in the grand scheme of things. On the other hand, they're full of diseases and are always lurking near water sources. Water Beetles in particular like to have a dip in our rivers and lakes, spreading their diseases and poisoning the water. On the other hand, their long antennae are very useful for all sorts of things. Someone even told me that some Alchemists use them to make potions. Yuck! I'll stick to potions made with clean, tasty herbs.
